He has a work experience of 31 years in insurance industry (20 years is in managerial position). He has worked at the National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania from Clerical to Managerial Level where he was exposed to different insurance key skills training both inside the country and in Egypt, Germany, India and Namibia. Mr. Bugali has also a vast experience picked from these insurance companies; Heritage Insurance Company Tanzania Ltd where he worked as Deputy Underwriting Manager, NIKO Insurance (Tanzania) Limited (which is now Sanlam General Insurance Company Ltd) where he worked as Underwriting Manager/Business Development Manager. He is currently the CEO of First Assurance Company Ltd.
